SOME GUY NAMED BRAD GATES CALLED ME FROM THIS NUMBER SAYING IT WAS A PRIVATE BUSINESS MATTER AND NEEDED TO SPEAK W ME

This caller left a harassing message on my home phone number and said I had 24 hours to contact them back, that they would be serving me with papers between 9 - 2 today. They have obtained my sister's cell number who is an amputee and in a nursing home and have continued to harassed her with numerous phones calls and threats. I do not know how they obtained her cell phone number or my home phone number. When I called them back I got a man who advised this was a matter from 1994 and the papers would be served and I had better be home to receive them. I attempted to let them know I was returning their call and he begin screaming and claiming I called him. I have never heard of these people and would like to know my legal options in this situation. yeah...they called me too saying his name was HERMAN NEWMAN. whatever.....when he threatened to come to my job and arrest me i was so tickled that i started laughing and he hung up on me. Yes they do know too much info. about us but they cannot do anything with it unless they want it to be traced back to them. You have to agree to them doing so before they can take anything from your account. The game is to scare you so bad that you will do anything to avoid jail then you will agree to them taking money from you account to pay the dept off. Once you agree they got you. Hang up on them or harrasse them back like I do. The number is still good for now.

called at 615am something about my credit card being blocked. Press 1 to respond. Of course I did not. But the funny thing is the card they were refering to I don't even have, I cancelled it about 8 years ago because the interest rate was to high. I smell a scam!

never says anything and constantly calls

Never leaves message. Calls almost every day.

I can also verify this same thing. My husband who is a smart man for some STUPID reason gave these people hid debit card information. He called and told me what he did. I immediately called the bank and reported his card lost. I just hope that this stops any money from coming out of our account.

Several calls from this number. No message left but not immediate hang up(which just screws up the answering machine)

Shortly after receiving a phone call asking me if I owned or rented my home I was robbed. I got a call on Friday asking to put a sign in my yard and asked if I had a security system, I said no then was robbed that following Sunday.

Keeps calling my home and hanging up.

Some lady called me and said she had a free gift for me using the last four of one of my credit cards. She read off my address and I told her all of my information was wrong. she called me a lie and said she was going to charge $5.00 to my card. She began to get very rude and disrespectfull. Please help me with this problem. Bobby
